A Laser Driver with Analog Pre-Distortion Technique for Radio-over-Fiber System

A 3.3V integrated laser driver with analog predistortion technique for Radio-over-Fiber (RoF) system is presented. This driver circuit is designed in standard CMOS 180 nm technology. The core circuit current consumption is only 15mA. The entire driver circuit works in a band-pass from 1-2GHz as the system specification. Simulated result shows that this circuit works as expected.
