Parallel-connected torque control system and method for hydraulic hybrid power vehicles

The invention discloses parallel-connected torque control system and method for hydraulic hybrid power vehicles, belonging to the torque control systems and methods for multi-energy vehicle powertrains. The system comprises a management layer, a control layer and an execution layer. A management layer module is used for confirming the expected driving torque of a whole vehicle under the current situation by combining with the vehicle speed under the current state according the operation behaviors of a driver to an accelerator pedal. A control layer module is used for judging the operation mode of a hybrid power system according to the information acquired by a plurality of sensors and reasonably distributing the output torques of an engine and a hydraulic hybrid power system. An executionlayer module is used for independently controlling respective controlled objects according a control command of the control layer and feeding back the state variable of each part to the control layer. The invention has the advantages of reasonably distributing the output torques of the engine and a hydraulic pump motor, ensuring that the output torque of the engine is relatively concentrated on an optimal economical zone, and avoiding adverse influences of the frequent starting and stopping of the engine and the hydraulic pump motor to elements.
