The Influence of Motivation on Employees' Performance: A Study of Some Selected Firms in Anambra State

The study investigates the influence of Extrinsic and Intrinsic motivation on employees’ performance of selected manufacturing firms in Anambra State. 63 respondents selected from 21 manufacturing firms across the three senatorial zones of Anambra State were sampled (3 from each firm). The populations of the study were 100 workers of selected manufacturing firms in Anambra State. The study used descriptive statistics (frequencies, mean, and percentages) to answer the three research questions posed for the study.
