Analysis and performance improvement of solar PV system by solar irradiation tracking

In this paper, an analysis of solar irradiation tracking is investigated with various types of hardware arrangement of solar photovoltaic (PV) system e.g. without reflector and with reflector (plane mirror, aluminium foil and plastic thin film etc.) for evaluation of solar energy potential. The study has been carried out for solar irradiation tracking with the various arrangements and the performance of solar PV system has been improved satisfactorily. This type of study discussed in this paper, is very helpful for an installation and site selection for the PV system and can be recommended for human being to achieve maximum energy from the solar PV system.
