As the BHS head rope swift replacing equipment's moving mechanism was belonged to the quantify overloaded hydraulic system control,the computer flow dynamics(CFD)was used to analyze the motion characteristic of parabola gradient throttling cushion cylinder in order to avoid the head rope wrap accident caused by the hydraulic shock,the characteristic equation of the parabola gradient throttling cushion cylinder during the cushion's three stages was gotten.The cylinder's displacement was studied with simulation,and the displacement and moving characteristic's curve was simulated based on the multi-disciplinary modeling and simulation platform AMESim.The results provide theoretical foundation for the design of BHS swift head rope replacement equipment.
