Safety emergency rescue and escape system for mine and construction steps thereof

The invention relates to a safety emergency rescue and escape system for a mine and construction steps thereof. The system comprises a ground supply part, an underground emergency ventilation pipeline, a climbing ladder, a hydroelectric communication pipeline, an urgent escape supply cabin and an urgent rescue cabin, wherein the urgent rescue cabin forms a primary escape cabin; the urgent escape supply cabin forms a secondary escape cabin; the volume of the primary escape cabin is larger than that of the secondary escape cabin; and the primary escape cabin is connected with the secondary escape cabin by a cabin safety valve, and the underground emergency ventilation pipeline is connected with the secondary escape cabin by an elbow pipe flange. The construction steps are divided into nine steps which limit the construction of the safety emergency rescue and escape system for the mine. A technical scheme is simple and clear and easy to implement, and the safety of underground operation workers is enhanced further.
