A Dynamic Workflow Engine Based on .Net Framework

Considering lacks of flexibility and adaptability of traditional workflow, this paper proposes a dynamic workflow model with fully consideration of the practical needs of Electronic Government. Taking into account of workflow security, it puts forward to apply security architecture and its policy in a Web-based workflow management system in project of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platform.
