Research on the Basis of Network Education——the Non-Disciplinary Study Support Service System

This paper introduces the view of quality concept in distance education service in order to have an in-depth research on active service. Building non-academic learning support services system can help and promote self-learning to those distance learners and improving their learning quality and effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to use network resources to provide detailed and thoughtful active service,in order to build equality,love and harmony between learners.
