Discussion on transmission network access layer service protection method

There are two main problems in access layer network structure at present. Firstly, the center element and a lot of important equipments are all placed in the center room. Once disaster comes, this will lead to the interruption of the whole district administrative region business. Secondly, if the trunk cables into the room interrupt at the same time, the interruption will make the regional business resistant. To solve the first problem, the second center room should be set, then the different equipment will be placed to different rooms. For the second problem, two ways are proposed: one is to use the super base station which has formed protection for business, the other is cross regional exchange area (county) service protection scheme. Application example shows that all the ways have good effects.
