On isospectral benzenoid graphs

The recently Proposed procedure [5] for the construction of isospectral benzenoid graphs has been examined in detail. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the construction of isospectral benzenoid graphs with isomorphicH-graphs are formulated. The inapplicability of the Procedure for the construction of isospectral benzenoid graphs with an even number of vertices has been proven.
