Rebuilding a Electric Control System of JDZ-1 Piston Casting Machine

In order to increase the output and quality of piston castings, the correlative technologies and equipment have been improved. In this paper, we only introduce the design method and content of the electric control system and give emphasis to the purposes, configuration and realization of several added functional modules. Many years application effect proved that its functions are stronger, its performance in use is better and it works stably of the system. The system can be used instead of import one.
