Application of Work Study in Improvement of Electric-product Assemble Line

The manufacturing industries focus their attentions on how to dig potential productive ability and enhance competitive ability.Taking an electric company's Lean production line as the research object,this paper makes the manufacture process standardization by use of program analysis and measures the standard time using stopwatch,and gets the bottleneck operation.Then through the Two-Hand operation analysis and motion analysis of the bottleneck operation,there is an evident increase in line balance rate.Methods of line balancing improvement introduced by this paper provided a reference for the extensive management companies of Wenzhou.
