DR. JOSEPH WITKOWSKI: I think some of the scaly plaques are actinic keratoses. DR. STEVEN BINNICK: The lesion Is at most half the size it was originally. Most of the resolution occurred after the first injection, with little subsequent change after the second and third injections. I believe I will excise it. DR. WILLIAM SHERWIN: If this is reactive lymphoid hyperplasia it is one of the lesions most responsive to x-ray therapy. Usually 100 rads for two to three treatments, for a total of 200-300 rads, would clear it completely with very good cosmetic results.
