The year 2019 marks a new turn in the history of the International Journal of African Renaissance Studies (IJARS). IJARS has a new editorial team: Simphiwe Sesanti (editor), Zethu Cakata (deputy editor), Nokuthula Hlabangane (deputy editor), and Rose Ssali (book editor). They were appointed to these positions by the journal’s editorial board. May the new team take the legacy of their predecessors to greater heights!
