One of the biggest risks pedestrians meet in traffic is going across the road. For that reason, at intersections and other parts of street networks, pedestrians’ crossings are defined as special areas designated for pedestrians’ crossing. The paper presents analysis of pedestrian intervals when pedestrian go across the road at unsignalized crossing at Fruskogorska Street in City of Novi Sad. On the basis of collected data, statistical analysis of accepted and rejected intervals was performed, as well as comparison of the values of the accepted and the critical interval, or the minimum required time for pedestrian to safely cross the road. Also, accepted intervals were analysed in relation to gender characteristics and the number of pedestrians who go across the road.
