A slide type small sized hemofiltration device is provided to secure enough space to establish a hemofiltration cartridge and to allow establishing and using the device in a small space. A slide type small sized hemofiltration device comprises: a main body(100) having a driving part to supply driving force necessary for hemofiltration; a cover(200) to close or open one side of the main body in a sliding mode; a hemofiltration cartridge(300) which includes a hemofiltration filter and is established on one side of the main body under the cover.
