Borderlinetumoren des Ovars – ein Update

Meier W Die angemessene Behandlung von Borderlinetumoren (BOT) ist eine Herausforderung. Wichtig für die endgültige Einstufung und adäquate Therapie der zumeist als Zufallsbefunde diagnostizierten und häufig asymptomatischen BOT ist das sekundäre operative Staging. Nach Vorstellung der histologischen BOT-Subgruppen behandelt dieses Update die leitliniengerechte Behandlung von BOT und ggf. Rezidiven – auch unter dem Aspekt der Fertilitätserhaltung.
