Multichannel transmitter optical module

PURPOSE: An optical module for a multichannel transmitter is provided to reduce crosstalk and to be integrated into a small size. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical source parts (110a-110d) generates light. A plurality of electro absorption modulators (EAMs) (120a-120d) converts the light to an optical signal through a high frequency signal. A plurality of high frequency transmission paths (142a-142d) applies the high frequency signals to the EAMs. A combiner (130) integrates the converted optical signals. The high frequency transmission paths are connected to the EAMs by a TW electrode method.
