Self-detection cooling system

A self-detection cooling system is used for detecting whether the cooling system function of an engineering power machine is normal automatically. A radiator of the cooling system is connected with an engineering power machine by a water inlet connecting tube and a water outlet connecting tube; an accessory water tank is connected with the radiator of the cooling system by an accessory water tank water outlet guide pipe; a pressure sensor is mounted on the water inlet of the engineering power machine; a temperature sensor is mounted on the water outlet connecting tube; a liquid level sensor is mounted on the accessory water tank water outlet guide pipe; each sensor is connected with an alarm device by an alarm wire harness and an alarm control system. The utility model can detect the characteristic parameter values of the system including temperature, pressure and liquid level by the sensors with parameter setting switches disposed on the corresponding positions in the system; if a characteristic value exceeds the set range, the corresponding sensor is turned on and sends out the alarm signal of function failure to prompt an operator to check the system, and perform maintenance and replacing; thereby guarantees the validity of the cooling system of the engineering power machine, and the accuracy of the maintenance work.
