Software Quality Evaluation of a Low-Cost Multimodal Telemedicine and Telehealth Station

Telemedicine and Telehealth Stations (TTSs) are used to provide physicians with tools that simplify their workload, increasing the range of areas covered by the services offered by those kinds of equipments. To support this scenario, those stations must have a high external quality in order to improve user experience and accession and to speed up their workflow due to an easy-to-use platform. Based on that, this work presents an external quality evaluation for a developed TTS in the context of the State Integrated Telemedicine and Telehealth System (STT/SC). To accomplish that, we applied the AdEQUATE model, using descriptive statistics to analyze it's results and perceived a good quality system, especially for characteristics like comfort, authenticity and learnability.
