Research on cross-regulation characteristic of flyback power converter with multiple-output port and its controlling technique

For the multiple-output auxiliary power in application of the motor servo drive system, we built up the model of a 3-port flyback type power converter, analyzed the loop current in a cycle, established the relationship between the pre-load value and pulsating voltage value, then proposed a method to calculate the pre-load value which can obtain improved cross-regulation characteristic as well as meeting the requirements on power consumption and efficiency. Simulation analysis for a flyback type power converter with 3-output ports proved that each output voltage could meet specified performance requirements.
