Posttransplant Recurrence of Proteinuria in a Case of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis Associated with WT1 Mutation

Posttransplant recurrence of inherited focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is still an enigma owing to the evident paradox of the molecular origin of proteinuria.
