Construction and practice of a talent training model for independent institutes

This paper,after establishing the status of independent institutes,proposes the general goals of talent training,constructs a basic talent training model and conducts evaluations of teaching practices.Results show that the "trinity"talent training model,which combines knowledge construction,capability training and quality development for "3311"independent institutes has demonstrated some basic characteristics of training models for independent institutes.
