LCD Driver IC용 그래픽 메모리 설계

This paper describes a design of a graphic memory for QVGA-scale LCD driver IC. The memory is designed using a pseudo SRAM type with efficient collision protection circuit to handle request signals such as read, write, refresh and line-read signals. It has been designed in transistor level using 0.18㎛ CMOS technology and verified using Hspice.
