Disassembling method for upper slanting wedge of roller type cold straightening machine

The invention particularly relates to a disassembling method for an upper slanting wedge of a roller type cold straightening machine. The disassembling method is characterized by including the following steps that fixing bolts of screwdown cylinders are loosened; the screwdown cylinders are lifted and fixed; fixing pins between locking cylinders and an upper beam are disassembled; the locking cylinders are disassembled by using a traveling crane; connecting bolts between the upper beam and the upper slanting wedge of the cold straightening machine are loosened through a hydraulic spanner; an upper roller system is dismantled, and a hydraulic jack is withdrawn; safety pins between the upper movable beam and the upper slanting wedge are disassembled; the upper beam, the upper slanting wedge and the screwdown cylinders on a roller system trolley are slowly pulled toward the outside of a honorific arch, and all the four screwdown cylinders are lifted away; the roller system trolley is completely pulled out of the honorific arch together with the upper beam and the upper wedge to finish disassembling the upper slanting wedge and the upper beam. The upper slanting wedge of the cold straightening machine is disassembled by the adoption of the steps, and compared with a large-scale disassembling tool manufactured traditionally, the disassembling method for the upper slanting wedge of the roller type cold straightening machine is low in construction cost, safe and reliable and is implemented in a hydraulic-system-free state.
