Upper Lip Reconstruction.

have been suggested, but considering the rarity of the disease and the small number of patients described in the literature further studies are needed. The cause of CD is still unclear. It is a real challenge to diagnose this disease primarily because of its rare clinical morbidity in the head and neck region, particularly in the parotid region. The clinical manifestations of CD (hyaline vascular type), such as the course, growth speed, symptoms, and so on, are not specific and are always the same as benign lesions in the parotid and neck region, and especially the unicentric lesion in the parotid gland is difficult to differentiate from Warthin tumor, pleomorphic adenoma, schwannoma, and so on. The histopathologic finding has been considered an important diagnostic clue. The treatment of choice for hyaline vascular type CD is surgical resection. We experienced rare patients with CD occurring in the parotid gland. According to the literature review, this is the rare case report of CD occurring in the intraparotid gland region.
