Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Thermal-Wind-Hydraulic Power Joint Operation Based on Combined Weight

This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system concerning four aspects: security,economic,social and environmental benefits.Firstly,the integrated subjective weight is determined based on Delphi and AHP,while the integrated objective weight based on the Entropy Method and TOPSIS.Then the combined weight is determined by the Rough Set and Information Entropy.Using the established index system and combined weight,the comprehensive benefits of thermal-wind-hydraulic power joint operation are evaluated by comprehensive benefit model based on the fuzzy rough set method.Case analysis has verified that proposed evaluation indexes and model are scientific and practical.
