Study on the Integrated and Intelligent Surveillance for Liquid Flow Calibration Device

Different types of flowmeters have different connection, calibration and data processing methods. The system platform design of the liquid flowmeter calibration device studied in this paper mainly includes three aspects. First, it greatly improves the level of intelligence and informatization of standard devices; Second, the platform improves the accuracy of equipment operation decision and reduces the difficulty of technical personnel training and operation; The third one is that the system calibration waiting period is greatly shortened with the improvement of automation level. The established expert system and Web technology are used to improve the speed and accuracy of decision making, it also provides validation protocol and case study function. In short, the platform integrates the functions of liquid flow standard device and artificial intelligence, which can be used to assist in the calibration of flow meters, and can reduce the system decision-making error rate by 40% and the instrument calibration cycle by 30%.
