Distal radius epifizinde atipik başlangiçli osteoid osteoma olgusu

Calismamizda, 3 ay once sol el bilek travmasi oykusu olan, yaygin odem, hareket kisitliligi ve antienflamatuar ilaclara cevap vermeyen direncli agri sikayeti ile basvuran 16 yasinda bir erkek hasta sunuyoruz. Hastanin radyolojik tetkiklerinde sol radius distal epifizinde osteoid osteoma ile uyumlu bir lezyon saptanmisti. Bu on tani, lezyonun patolojik tetkikleri ile dogrulandi. Atipik lezyonun travma sonrasi gelismis olmasi nedeniyle, sinovit ve enfeksiyon gibi el bilegi eklemini ilgilendiren diger patolojiler ile karismamasi acisindan ayirici tani onem tasir.
