도시철도 대형사고 위기대응 매뉴얼 구성방안 연구

Increasing trends for urban train passenger and operation lines need more safer emergency planning. Many of recent train accidents at urban train occur without any sign of accident. Emergency manual for train accidents have been operated since 2011 in accordance with regulation. But many trial error have been found during emergency training and accident conditions on emergency manual. For the efficient emergency response, expert opinions and theoretical analysis have been done. As a results some recommendation such as development of new recovery equipment and emergency action focus on preventing a secondary accident have been proposed in this study.
