Numerical Simulation of Impingement-film Steam-cooling Turbine Blades

Based on the pure steam film cooling blades,add a cooling set in front of the blade.Use of jet impact cooling to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature region.Analysis and numerical simulation of flow field and temperature field in finite element analysis software CFX.Then get the flow field of the inner flow channel,the pressure and temperature of the outside surface of the blade.The calculated results show that the impingement-film steam-cooling is a better method than the traditional film one.The impingement-film steam-cooling method can further reduced the blade temperature up to 150K,and the overall cooling efficiency up to 60%.
