Study of Generation, Propagation and Relaxation Processes of Artificial Plasma Perturbations in the Earths Ionosphere using Short Powerful Radio Pulses

The possibilities of using heating facilities as HF radars by including in the time schedule of their radiation short powerful radio pulses are demonstrated. These pulses are used for the amplitude-phase sounding of the disturbed volume of the ionosphere and the generation of diagnostic stimulated electromagnetic emission, which allows for a comprehensive remote diagnostics of plasma turbulence in real time.
