측방낙상과 측방낙법 동작의 운동역학적 비교분석

The purpose of this study was to provide a quantitative base data needed to minimize physical injuries from side fall by comparing and analyzing the kinetic of the motion of side fall and side breakfall. The subjects for the motion of side fall were five healthy male university students, while the subjects for the motion of side breakfall were five male black belt holder. For the video recording, nine high speed cameras (Motionmaster 100, KOR) were used and for the analysis of impact force, a force plat (AMTI, USA) was used. To analyze the video and impact force, the program Kwon3d XP(Visol, KOR) was used. Using the technical statistical of SPPSS 18.0 program, the average and standard deviation were calculated and an independent t-test conducted to verify the difference between groups. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, the duration time was longer for side breakfall at P2 (p Second, the COM(center of mass) position was shortest for the left/right and front/back range of side breakfall, and there was a statistically sifnificant differecne at E2 and E3(p Third, the COM(center of mass) velocity was slowest for side breakfall at E3 where the impact force of the hip is at its highest, with a statistically significant difference (p Fourth, the impact velocity of the hand when it hits the ground at E2 showed the highest for side brekfall with a statistically significant difference (p Fifth, the impact velocity of the hip was highest for side breakfall at the left/right velocity and vertical velocity, with a statistically significant difference (p Synthesis of the results is as follows. Suggest that in order to reduce hip impact force, the following factors are important. Side fall during a long time and you need to slow down the COM velocity. And you should slow down the impact velocity of the hip.
