Barreling tool for processing excircles, R surfaces and end faces

The invention relates to a barreling tool for processing excircles, R surfaces and end faces and the barreling tool comprises a roller head and a tool grip. The barreling tool is characterized in that the head of the tool grip is a bearing seat, the lower part of the bearing seat is a C-shaped through-hole, the opening of the C-shaped through-hole and the roller head are on the same side; an antithrust bearing and a radial bearing are successively arranged on the shaft of the rotary disk roller head, a washer is arranged between the shafts, the two ends of each shaft are fixed on the bearing seat of the head of the tool grip through two positioning caps; and the angle beta between the axis of the rotary disk roller head and the spin axis of a workpiece is 35-55 degrees. The tool grip is arranged on the tool slide of a lathe and the roller head contacts with the workpiece and performs passive rotation. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the barreling tool integrates the functions of processing excircles, R surfaces and end faces, the structure is compact and the operation is convenient. Compared with the technology using three roller cutters separately, the technology using the barreling tool of the invention can reduce job processes, labor and materials and significantly lower the processing cost of workpieces.
