Design of Remote Video Monitoring System Based on Smart Phone Android Platform

The remote video monitoring system based on smart phone is designed which runs on the Android 2.1 operating system.The total design of system is described and analyzed,and the key techniques are studied and designed in detail.Finally,the implementation of the system is presented.The results prove that the system is stable,reliable,portability,and has good application prospects.
