The linear precoding and power allocation algorithm in multiuser MIMO system

A joint linear precoding and power allocation algorithm based on users' QoS was proposed for the downlink of multiuser MIMO systems.This algorithm will improve the channel capacity of the multiuser MIMO system and guarantee different user's QoS requirement at the same time.The proposed algorithm can be decomposed as follow,on the basis of the precoding,the transmit power allocation for different user will be optimized to maximize the channel capacity.The proposed algorithm will not only provide high channel capacity,but also meet the users' service requirement compared with the other scheme.The simulation result shows that it will get about 1dB gain averagely with the same channel capacity in high SNR region(10~20dB).The users' service requirement will also be met in low SNR region.(0~6dB)
