Operation and Security Mechanism of the Decision Support Platform of Science & Technology Development——A Case of Shandong Province

The decision support platform of science technology development(DSPSTD) is an open sharing platform integrating science technology resources and achieving scientific decision-making.Taking Shandong Province as an example,operation mechanism is put forward for DSPSTD from the basic elements,structure,function and other aspects.In order to guarantee platform construction and operation,the security mechanism of improved policy is determined,and the comprehensive security mechanism is discussed from infrastructure,scientific innovation,management,talent,interaction and other aspects.The operation and security mechanism study helps to promote the construction and operation of provincial DSPSTD,and to improve the scientific and intelligent level of science technology development decision making,which has important theoretical reference value.
