Research on surface reconstruction of complex surface "point cloud"data based on the Cimatron

It is the key technology of reverse engineering to reconstruct complex surface using "point cloud" data.In this paper,the flow and method of reconstruction high precision NURBS surface using "point cloud" data is discussed,and is explained by an example,and the surface is reconstructed at last based on the reverse engineering module of Cimatron software.
