A simple PID regulator applicable for a class of factorable nonlinear plants

Simple discrete-time PID tuning methods are extended for Hammerstein and Wiener type block-oriented cascade factorable nonlinear models. It is shown that this extension is quite straightforward for both IS and IU Hammerstein models, however the extension can be performed only for IS Wiener models.
