Invited paper. Review of solid state power devices and circuits for HF electric process heating applications Part II: circuits†

In Part II of this paper the different switch mode power supply topologies are reviewed as well as high frequency linear amplifiers. Frequency and power limitations are discussed with particular reference to the suitability for dielectric heating power sources.
