Tourism forecasting research: a perspective article

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to provide a short review of tourism forecasting literature and general summary of the trends and developments in tourism forecasting and point out directions for future research in the next 75 years. Design/methodology/approach – This is a general literature overview. Findings – Key trends are identified for next 75 years.
