Sound source localization method based on binaural model paper title

A method for a mobile robot to localizing a sound source in noisy environments by means of a microphone array is proposed. Firstly, a sound source localization algorithm extended from the binaural model is proposed to provide observed azimuth estimates. Then, the rules processing the signs of time-delays are proposed to make the estimates stable. Experiments show that the method is effective.
