Provided are an advertisement delivery method and an advertisement delivery system, said method comprising: (S101) recording corresponding labels preset for websites, and preset labels corresponding to advertisements; (S102) counting and recording the time that a user browses a website; (S103) if the time that the user browses a website having a specific label exceeds by a specific threshold the time that the user browses a website having another label, then setting the content corresponding to said specific label as an interest of the user; pushing to the user an advertisement having said specific label (S104). In the method, the time that a user browses a certain website or certain type of website is monitored, and is compared to the time the user browses another website; the system automatically identifies the user's interests and subsequently pushes advertisements relevant to the user's interests, thus accurate delivery of advertisements is accomplished.
