Special factors of development of green software supporting eco sustainability

Green IT is researched long time ago. IT service providers and users concerned with operating IT systems with less environmental charge. The behavior of hardware of an IT system is determined by software installed on it. Hence well behaved software participates in eco sustainability e.g. consumes less energy. Much research on `green software' has been done since 2010. This paper examines the activities of lifecycle of software development in the point of view as they contribute to environmental protection.
