Analysis of SWOT in SEAN for Weapons and Equipments Development

The strategic environmental analysis(SEAN) is the external base of weapons and equipments development strategy.The model of strength,weakness,opportunity,threat(SWOT) is used to create inside environmental factor analysis,outside environmental factor analysis,and associated analysis model.The concise quantitative evaluation conclusion is obtained by quantitating qualitative evaluation index.SWOT is a simple method based on integration of inside factor and outside factor associated analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and it is also a systems analysis method.The application of SWOT is significance in SEAN for weapons and equipments development.
