Ranking of Organizational Intelligence Aspects of Chancellors of Islamic Azad Universities

The present study aims to ranking of organizational intelligence aspects of chancellors of Islamic Azad Universities in Iran. Organizational intelligence was defined based on Karl Albrecht theory in seven aspects of strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, heart, alignment and congruence, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure. Statistical population of the present study is consisted of deans and chancellors of branches of Islamic Azad Universities of West Azerbaijan Province (N=72). According to Morgan Table, the statistical sample size is estimated 61 persons. Questionnaires are used to collect data in this research and it is provided to the statistical sample and its reliability and validity are measured. The questionnaires are collected and the data are summarized and classified using descriptive statistical methods. Friedman test are used at inferential level. According to the findings, shared fate and appetite for change aspects of organizational intelligence of the chancellors stands at the top and bottom of the hierarchy.
