Design and Simulation Analysis of High Speed Carton Forming Mechanism

Due to the design defects of domestic low speed carton molding machine, the conveying system will produce motion distortion, force impact increase, vibration and other problems. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the reverse design theory to analyze and study the forming mechanism after the rotational speed is increased. Firstly, the Solidworks software was used to build the 3d solid model, and then the motion characteristics of the machine were simulated by the plug-in -Cosmosmotion. The analysis results show that the mechanism conforms to the process characteristics of high speed carton forming machine and the carton forming speed can reach 60 PCS/min.
