Existence of Solutions to MIMO Relay Feedback Systems

This note studies the existence of solutions to MIMO linear systems under decentralized relay feedback containing hysterisis. A necessary and sufficient condition is presented to guarantee the extended solutions at the so-called intersecting instant.
