Research on Grounding Grid Conductor Positioning Based on PCB Coil Magnetic Field Sensor

Corrosion diagnosis and excavation of the grounding grid rely on the location and topology of the conductors. In order to solve the problem that the embedding position of the grounding conductor is ambiguous or it does not correspond to the design drawing, a measuring device for detecting the embedding position of grounding grid is designed in this paper. To measure the magnetic field distribution, a multi-layer cascadable PCB hollow coil sensor is realized. The AC excitation current source, 8-channel control circuit, lock-in amplifier circuit and 4-channel synchronous acquisition circuit are realized. The experimental test was completed for the integrated detection device. The validity of the system is verified on a model of grounding grid.
