Electric Control System of Belt Conveyor Based on Logix5000 PLC

Underground belt conveyor towards the high power,high traffic direction,in this paper,with the actual projects,introduces the large power electric control system for underground belt conveyor base on Logix5000 PLC.It introduces main control station and I/O sub-station,which connected through Ether Net、Control Net、RS485 network. Elaborated on the measures taken by the network construction, configuration of hardware and configuration of system, the electronic control system structure is clear, reliable performance,as a result a good effect has been achieved.
